2.1. Connecting your domain to the ShopOne Cloud DNS platform

To connect your domain on ShopOne, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the "Domains" section -> Click the "Connect domain" button.
Step 2: Select the ShopOne Cloud DNS platform -> Enter your domain and click "Add".
Option 1: Connect with the primary domain Suppose you have a custom domain tenmiencuaban.com. To connect with the primary domain, enter your domain following the guided image instructions:
Note: If using a primary domain, you must include the "www" prefix.
Option 2: Connect with the subdomain Suppose you have a custom domain tenmiencuaban.com. To connect with the subdomain, enter your domain following the guided image instructions:
Step 3: Verify the domain.
In the Check Verification dialog box, obtain the information required to point your domain from the provider where you purchased your custom domain.
For connecting with the primary domain, configure the following two records:
For connecting with the subdomain, configure the following record:
After pointing the domain, click the Check button to let the system initiate the verification process.
If verification is successful, the record status will display as "Verified."
If verification fails, the system will prompt you to recheck your DNS settings.
Step 4: Enable SSL security for the domain.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a standard security technology for encrypted communication between a web server and a browser. We encourage you to enable SSL to protect personal information and ensure secure online interactions. For more details about SSL certificates, refer to the documentation provided here.
How to Enable SSL on ShopOne:
Once the domain is successfully linked and verified, click the Options button and select Enable SSL for non-www.
The system will proceed to initialize and update the status upon successful completion.
