# 2.2. Connecting your domain to the WordPress platform

To connect your domain to the WordPress platform, follow these two steps:

### **Part 1: Install the ShopOne Plugin in WordPress**

**Step 1:** Log in to your WordPress website admin panel with Admin privileges.

**Step 2:** In the **Plugins** menu, select **Add New Plugin** to install a new plugin.

**Step 3:** Upload the ShopOne plugin file to install it on WordPress.

**Note:** If the upload fails, check your hosting settings to ensure file upload permissions are enabled.

**Step 4:** After installing, select the newly added **ShopOne Page** plugin. Copy the content of the **API KEY** and **Website URL** fields. **(Reminder: Click "Save Changes" after copying the API information***.)*

**Step 1: Go to the "Domain" section → Click the "Connect Domain" button.**

**Step 2: Select the WordPress platform → Enter your Store URL and API KEY, then click "Add".**

The system will then verify the information with the ShopOne plugin installed in WordPress.
