3.2. Form Data

Form data allows you to manage and process the information collected from customers when they enter it through forms on the landing page.

Actions with form data:

  • Detail:

You can view the detailed information that customers have filled out in the form in this section. The necessary fields include: default form information, extended form information, and shipping information.

  • Status:

The status function allows you to manage the status of the landing page data. The statuses include Processed, Canceled, Details, and Delete.

  • Tag Customer:

Tag Customer are attributes assigned to customer form data to classify and filter information effectively. The customer tags include: member (according to the members in the workspace that created the landing page), landing page, and status (based on the processing status of customer data).

  • Export

The export file feature allows you to download the data collected from forms on your landing page in Excel format for easy analysis, storage, or sharing.

  • Import

The import file feature allows you to bring data into the form from external sources such as Excel files, to automatically fill in or update information in your system. This is a quick and efficient way to process data from other sources.

You need to name the columns in the Excel file according to the field names in the customer data for the data to be imported into the system accurately.

+ Created: data creation time

+ Created ID: data creator ID

+ Updated: data update time

+ Updated ID: data updater ID

+ Workspace ID: workspace ID

  • Time:

The time section helps you filter data by a specific time range.

  • Add Data

The Add Data function allows you to add new data to the landing page.

On the Form Data screen, click on the Add Data icon, then fill in the necessary information to create form data for the landing page.
